Our Faculty Dean held a feedback meeting with our Faculty Staff working as Research Assistants on May 3, 2024. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Sevim Çelik. Deputy Dean, Dr. Lecturer Member Elif İŞLEK, and Faculty Secretary Nazan DEMİR were also at the meeting. Mutual ideas were exchanged at the meeting, which was held to strengthen quality processes, ensure governance, and improve education training and research activities. Within the scope of the meeting, the points to be considered in the appointment and permission processes were emphasized, and feedback was given collectively and individually within the scope of term extension forms. The excellent work and activities completed in the last two years were appreciated, and the issues regarding the areas open to improvement were mutually consulted. In this context, emphasis was placed on increasing publication and research activities, directing students for projects, and ensuring participation in scientific events. The meeting ended by sharing mutual expectations and good wishes for their next job term.
