First Aid Knowledge and Skill Raising Awareness' Activity, Lect. See. Dr. It was held on 24.05.2022, under the supervision of Sibel KÖSTEKLİ, with the cooperation of the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing Department of our University and Bartın High School. The event, which was held with the participation of 11th grade students of Bartın High School and their psychological counseling and guidance teacher, started with a short presentation on the vital importance of first aid, basic life support and Heımlıch maneuver applications. The event was concluded with high school students performing basic life support applications on educational models and Heımlıch maneuvers with each other. Bartın High School students and teachers expressed their gratitude for the event held with the aim of raising awareness about vital first aid practices.
