Decision Report Form Training was held in our faculty within the scope of Quality Processes.

In the first part of the training, faculty and administrative staff were asked to indicate the primary decision sources effective in the decision-making process in a Web 2.0-designed application. A brief evaluation was made of the decision sources of the teaching staff and administrative staff based on the concepts that emerged. In the second part of the training, detailed information was given about the agenda and decision minutes forms used effectively in quality and accreditation processes, as well as the relevant resources and explanation/justification sections in the forms. In addition, the importance of Bartın University Policy Documents, Institutional Internal Evaluation Report, Unit Internal Evaluation Report, Institutional Strategic Plan, Unit Strategic Plan, and Process Management Training Booklet was emphasized in the arrangement of the forms. After the training, sample minutes were prepared by small group work, and the prepared minutes were presented by the teaching staff and administrative staff selected as group representatives. The training ended with answering questions from our faculty's human resources and sharing mutual goodwill and expectations.
