Registrations can be made in person at the Faculty of Health Sciences Dean's Office Student Affairs unit, or registrations will be made if the originals of the documents are sent by mail to the address below. The student is responsible for any delays that may occur in the mail. Please confirm whether your mail has arrived at the contact numbers below.

Required Documents


1- Course Contents (If the course contents are unapproved, the academic unit confirms the accuracy / suitability of the course contents from the Course Information Package of the university the student comes from. If there is a difference; the student must send the approved course contents to the e-mail address of the faculty / school under the communication menu below within one week after registration. Otherwise, the exemption process will not be carried out.) (International students will send the translation of this document approved by the Turkish Representative Office).

2-Printout of the ApplicationForm.

3- For students who are ranked in 10%, a document showing that they are ranked in 10%. (For those who want to transfer to first education from students enrolled in second education)

4-Document showing the GradeEvaluation System (It will be requested from those who apply for overseas transfer.)

Important Note: Please do not forget to make a scholarship/credit transfer request at https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/kyk-kredi-burs-nakil-basvurusu in order not to lose your scholarship/credit after you transfer.
